These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bkg33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bkg33 website, mobile platform, games, and associated services available at https://bkg33.pro. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bkg33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of bkg33 regardless of how they access the platform — via mobile browser on Android or iOS, via tablet, or via any other supported device. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bkg33 platform. bkg33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to bkg33 and use of its services is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the bkg33 platform and remain in effect for the duration of your use. They apply to every interaction you have with bkg33, including but not limited to: account registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and contacting customer support.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. If you are using bkg33 on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms. Where these Terms refer to specific product rules (e.g., sports betting rules, casino game rules, bonus terms), those specific rules are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on bkg33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. bkg33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of these requirements at any time and to suspend or close accounts where requirements are not met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bkg33 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and verifies player age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and non-individual legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on bkg33.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or agent of bkg33, nor a close relative of any such person, as defined by bkg33's internal conflict-of-interest policy.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from bkg33 or any affiliated platform for breach of these Terms or any applicable gambling regulations.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

bkg33 may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application or close an existing account if it determines that a user does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out above. In cases of voluntary self-exclusion, bkg33 will honour the self-exclusion period regardless of any subsequent request to re-open the account before that period expires.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on bkg33. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to exploit bonuses or unintentionally — are prohibited. bkg33 uses automated detection to identify duplicate accounts. If a duplicate account is detected, all accounts associated with the same player may be closed and any balances held pending investigation.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bkg33 login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. Any activity that occurs on your bkg33 account while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• You must notify bkg33 support immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred or is suspected. bkg33 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to notify bkg33 in a timely manner.
• bkg33 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC requires submission of a valid Bangladeshi National ID Card (NID) or passport. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal limits applied until verification is complete.
• You must not share, transfer, or sell your bkg33 account to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. bkg33 reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably suspects has been transferred or sold to a third party.

bkg33 uses SSL encryption to protect all login sessions and data transmissions on the platform. Players are strongly advised to use strong, unique passwords for their bkg33 account and to enable SMS verification where available. Players should never log in from shared or public devices and should always log out after each session.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bkg33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bkg33 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. bkg33 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out below, subject to KYC verification being complete.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your bkg33 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless bkg33 support has explicitly approved an alternative withdrawal method in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud.
• All payment methods used on bkg33 must be registered in your own legal name. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
• bkg33 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal requests. Players who cannot provide satisfactory documentation may have their withdrawal delayed or declined pending further review. This is a standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) control.
• In the event that a technical error causes an incorrect credit to your bkg33 account, you are obligated to notify bkg33 support immediately. bkg33 reserves the right to recover any funds erroneously credited to an account, including by deducting the erroneous amount from the current account balance.

bkg33 does not hold player funds in trust and player account balances are not interest-bearing. Players are advised not to maintain unnecessarily large balances in their bkg33 account and should withdraw winnings regularly. bkg33 is not a bank or financial institution and is not subject to deposit protection schemes.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bkg33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, free spin campaigns, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotional terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Each bonus offer is available only once per player, per household, and per payment method unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or payment methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• bkg33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any wagering already completed toward the bonus requirement will not be carried forward to a replacement offer.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus promotion may be restricted to specific slot titles as designated in the promotional terms. Any winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements specified in that promotion before they may be withdrawn.

7. Responsible Gaming

bkg33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products on the platform. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available to every registered player directly from account settings at no cost and without requiring contact with customer support.

bkg33 may impose mandatory responsible gaming limits on accounts that exhibit patterns of excessive or problematic gambling behaviour, including without the player's request. These limits may include reduced deposit caps, forced session breaks, or temporary suspension of betting and gaming access. Such interventions are made in the interest of player welfare and are not disciplinary actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bkg33 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, audio, and video — is the property of bkg33 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from bkg33 may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of bkg33.

The bkg33 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of bkg33. Unauthorised use of these marks — including use in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or any other commercial context — is prohibited and may result in legal action. Game titles, provider names, and related marks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bkg33 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bkg33 platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

• bkg33 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, payment processing delays, or any other circumstances beyond bkg33's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, or network outages.
• bkg33 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. bkg33 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
• In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or display error that results in an incorrect odds presentation or an erroneous payout, bkg33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct or reverse any payouts made in error. Players will be notified of any such corrections affecting their account.
• bkg33's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

bkg33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bkg33 determines — in its sole and reasonable discretion — that one or more of the following circumstances applies. Where an account is closed due to player misconduct or breach of these Terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraud or collusion, or abusing bonus terms.
• bkg33 is required to close the account for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, including AML obligations, receipt of a court order, or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion, in which case the account will be closed for the duration of the self-exclusion period and cannot be reopened until that period has fully expired, even upon the player's own request.
• bkg33 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, bkg33 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and freeze the account pending investigation.

Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily and not as a result of a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bkg33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly alter the rights or obligations of players — bkg33 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the bkg33 platform or by email to the registered account address. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the bkg33 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the bkg33 platform and may request closure of your account. Closing your account following a material change to these Terms will not be treated as a breach of these Terms, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with section 10 of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bkg33's operating jurisdiction. bkg33 will endeavour to resolve all player complaints and disputes through its internal customer support process in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through bkg33's internal complaint process, the player may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the outcome sought, and the relevant account details. bkg33 will respond to formal written complaints within fourteen (14) working days of receipt. bkg33's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, technical errors, and bonus calculations is final and binding.
